Divine Conservative lobbies for social concerns and justice such as funding for the Mentally Ill, International Policy and lawyers, agriculture and water resources, local artists and musicians, and other matters impacting local and state affairs. In 2013, the Pasco Mental Health Foundation awarded Minnie with the most prestigious award, the Changing Minds Awards, for helping to enhance mental health awareness and wellness in Pasco County. She also serves on this board.

Dr. Minerva ("Minnie") Diaz, is an advocate for responsible living, inspiring and educating people to take steps to freedom and autonomous living.

Minnie is known for her passion for justice and advocacy for the downtrodden, quick thinking, problem solving and creative ideas. She gets the job done!
